Steel manufacturer Smorgon Steel Group Ltd has acquired the remaining 50 per cent of a recycling joint venture in Asia. Smorgon Steel has now bought the 50 per cent of the Smorgon Hartwell Recycling joint venture it did not already own from Hartwell Pacific.
